Onboarding New Hire Solution
In order to keep up the staffing levels at its North American stores; particularly during high-volume sales periods such as during back-to-school or during the holiday shopping season, Zumiez sought to implement a customized solution to help facilitate and streamline the on-boarding process. The Onboarding solution allowed Store Managers to log in to a Zumiez-branded, secure web-interface and create a user name and password for new hires. New hires were then able to access the system remotely in order to complete the pertinent IRS W-4 and I-9 forms data, along with Zumiez specified fields. The solution integrated with Zumiez’s HR solution, Sage Accpac HR.
